Leider macht nun unsere Webseite Probleme, und zwar bekomme ich, wenn ich an einer Stelle wenn etwas bearbeiten möchte, folgende Fehlermeldung:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 106496 bytes) in /homepages/34/d104425903/htdocs/clickandbuilds/VolksBildungsVereinHofheim/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1995
Danke für eine schnelle Hilfe

May 8, 2020 at 9:17 pm #1211213Hey VBV-Hofheim,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

May 9, 2020 at 8:58 pm #1211496Hi Svenja,
Thanks for giving us access, I would suggest increasing memory limit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
It does work properly but not with all those plugins active (using Health Check & Troubleshooting) It could still work with most of the plugins enabled except for Broken Link Checker and Leaflet Maps Marker.Best regards,
NikkoMay 12, 2020 at 8:27 am #1212042Hi Nikko,
thank you. We wouldn´t need the Plugins Broken Link Checker and Leaflet Maps Marker. Could you increase the memory limit?
Regards SvenjaMay 12, 2020 at 3:30 pm #1212198Hi Svenja,
Increasing memory limit would require access to FTP or Cpanel.
I would suggest you do it yourself so you know where to put it in your future projects but we can also add it as well, we’ll just need atleast an FTP access.Best regards,

I apologize for the delayed response.
I have tried the FTP access you gave using an FTP software called Filezilla however it fails.
I tried different FTP settings and even SFTP but nothing works, please check.Best regards,
NikkoMay 19, 2020 at 8:33 am #1214222Good Morning Nikko,
I am so sorry, there was a typo in the password…Regards Svenja
May 20, 2020 at 2:42 pm #1214671Hi Svenja,
It’s still not working :(
You’ll just need to edit wp-config.php file and add this code:define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Best regards,
Nikko -
