    Hi Lyse,

What PHP version are you using?
Can you try to switch the PHP version to 7.3?

    Best regards,

    Hi Nikko,

I’d like to know when I’ll be able to upgrade to PHP 7.4. I have three websites using ENFOLD.

    Thanks
    Lyse

    Hi Lyse,

There’s no ETA but most likely will be fixed in the next release of Enfold.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    HI Nikko
Did not see this issue fixed in the last release of the theme. Are developers getting close to fixing the issues?
    Thanks
    Lyse

    Hi Lyse,

I have tested it with 7.4.4 and I don’t see any issue.
Can you give us temporary admin access to one of the site that shows the issue mentioned? so we can try to inspect further.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko
I still get this error and the problem is that when I export my products to CSV that error is exported on the first row and the ID title row gets funny characters.
    Thanks
    Lyse

    Hi Lyse,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi tremblayly,

I have checked your site and I don’t see the error.
Can you tell us where we can see it?
Can you try to clear the browser cache?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
It used to show when I worked in forms, mainly when I was editing the notification and confirmation messages.
I also exported products to see if the error got exported like before.
Neither of these show the error anymore. I did a lot of update in the last couple of days and perhaps something fixed the issue.
As long as it’s no longer showing, I’m OK to close this ticket. If I notice it starts happening again, I will reopen a new ticket.
Thank you for your patience and promptness.

    Hi Lyse,

Thanks for the update, I’m glad to hear that things are back in working order again. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
