I’m trying to upload a new theme on the site. I’m getting the error message:
The link you followed has expired.

Are you using godaddy?

Here’s the solution posted on that thread:
Make these changes in PHP Options to correct:
max_execution_time 180memory_limit 512M or your highest available
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M
