    Hello!

    I use Formidable Forms and the date picker is not showing properly view the screen shot at the below link.

    After speaking with Formidable they told me to contact you because it works with the 2017 theme but not with the Enfold theme.

    Any ideas as to how to show the entire month and year selection boxes?
