    Hi,
    could I ask what’s the best tool to use to configure Enfold on my computer before pushing it onto the live website? And is that possible without buying two licenses?

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Most of our users uses Duplicator which works great.
    Some also uses All-in-One WP Migration.
    As for licensing I think you only need 1 license for your staging and live site.
