I am making revisions to my webpages and the changes are properly displaying when I “view page” and review via my logged in browser. However, my remote co-workers and my non logged in browsers are not seeing these new revisions. Any updates I make seem to not be taking all of the sudden. We were sending a newsletter out today regarding links I was adding to the webpage and now we are forced to wait until this is resolved. Please help ASAP.

PS: The backend shows I’m using the most current versions of both WordPress & Enfold, and we are not using a cache plugin.

Update: This is issue is not specific to the page I shared. I am making updates site wide and it appears that the changes are only displaying properly in my logged in browser. My other browsers and other people are not seeing these changes. However, the changes I made yesterday when I originally wrote my post, they eventually started displaying. It seems to be some sort of delay or something.

How do I resolve this issue so that my updates are displayed instantaneous for everyone? This is for a clients site so I need the help ASAP. Thank you, I greatly appreciate the help.

    Hi,

If you are seeing changes when logged in but not when logged out, then that would indicated caching. I’m not sure how we can reproduce the problem though, what do we need to do?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Admin WordPress login details would be a good place to start, please post them in private in your reply.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I’m not able to reproduce the problem though, I changed the first header on the respirator page and then then loaded the page in an incognito window in which I wasn’t logged in to your site. The updated info was visible to me.

Are you sure that your are not getting locally cached results? You can check that by using an incognito/private window in your browser, which should not cache content locally.

I did initially test with incognito/private window browsing on multiple browsers (devices even) and it was also co-workers from other states that informed me they were not seeing the changes. I tried clearing all browsing data as well.

Oddly enough I ran a test myself and for what ever reason this morning and it worked properly for me as well. It was beyond odd, lasted for a few days, and was legitimately taking place but for what ever reason it seems to be working now. Granted I just updated content once and it viewed. But fingers crossed what ever was going on just passed. Thanks for looking. If I experience a similar issue I’ll be sure to let you know. Thanks.
