    I’ve contacted my host and have given them details of the PHP / system requirements. Which they say they have actioned.
    However, the media file still fails to load when installing the theme and when installing the Demo too.

    Hope you can help – I’ve been struggling with this for nearly a week.

    Have you tried to import manually?
    What demo are you trying to import?

    Hi Nikko,

    I’m loading the Theme via the wordpress dashboard (Logo etc. missing) and then I’m trying to load the ‘Landing page’ Demo.

    I’ll see if I can get the host support team to help do it manually.

    Thanks for the update. I can’t see Enfold installed on your site, if you should need further help then please install it so that we can have a closer look.
