Unable to Update, Unable to edit my pages (Site not live yet)

Hi,

I cannot update to Enfold 4.7.4 from the dashboard of my hosting provider:

Download Package URL: Errorcode 404 returned by Envato: Not Found:
– description: The purchase you have requested is not downloadable at this time.:
– Possible cause: your download limit might be exceeded – please try again later.
Download Package URL: A problem occured accessing your download link. Unable to perform update.
Following Envato package errors occured:
Enfold – Request for Download URL failed.

I cannot continue editing my pages because the Advanced visual editor is not working. I get a “shortcode” section with a lot of :

It is not because I chose “code editor”. I am on the “visual Editor”. the default WP editor doe snot work either.

I read that it can update via FTP. I really have no idea how. I am already a registered user, added my token to the dashboard (I have a purcahse code). I am wasting a lot of time reading and trying many things here to get this update done. I am not a developper or anything like that. I am not sure why such an important theme does not have support except via these forums’ threads.

I wonder if I will have similar issues every time there is an update and my site goes live. Please clarify this.

I am not confortable sharing my login credentials or FTP credentials in a forum even if only moderators can see it. Please provide step by step instructions on how to update this theme ad resolve issues related to the update.
