    Hello everyone,

    I hope that you are OK. I have a problem, and I hope that you can help me.

    When Updating to the latest version (4.7.4) my website (humanfrequencies.com) loses all its visual layout and also the mobile responsiveness. It just shows a basic website without any of the visual settings that I implemented.

    First, a few days ago I updated through the WordPress website, and this error appeared. Then I did what you recommend, and updated the theme through cPanel’s File manager. Still the same issue. Then I updated WPML plugin and PHP to the latest version, and the same thing happened.

    Can you please let me know if I’m missing anything here?
    At this moment, I am running with the theme’s 4.7.3 version, so my website looks correct.

    Hey EugenioLepine,

    We would have to see the error in order to help you out, maybe you could perform the update on a staging version of the site first? Also, you have a caching plugin active on the site, maybe that is cause the problems?

    Hello again Rikard,

    I have deactivated one of the two caching plugins that I have on my website. Afterwards I updated the theme. So far so good. Thank you so much for your help.
