Hi. I tried to import demo Enfold Minimal Portfolio but isn’t working. It says to reload the page and try again. I was working in incognito browser. I closed the browser, opened new browser, logged in again and tried to import the demo again, multiple times. Still did not work. Please help.

Sorry, I was not able to login, please check.
Please ensure your PHP settings are like this:
PHP Version: 7.x
PHP Time Limit: No limit
PHP Memory Limit: 256M
PHP Post Max Size: 50M
PHP Max Upload Size: 24M
PHP ZipArchive Extension: enabledSome “WordPress Managed Hosting” have PHP security settings activated, please ask your webhost to check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
“allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
Try turning these “on”.If these don’t help then please include an admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area and we will try a manual import, please note we will have to reset your site so all settings & content will be lost.

I had a session with my hosting provider, they made the changes still no luck. The problem persists. I have included my access again, please try to login. Everyone can login using the same credentials. There must be a problem from your end. Thank you.Hi,
Thank you for the feedback, I was able to login to your site. I installed the reset plugin and reset your site and tried to import the “Minimal Portfolio Demo” but the images don’t seem to have imported.
I see that your “PHP Max Upload Size” is 2M, which is pretty small, if you include ftp access I can try uploading the images manually and then import again with a modified import file which will import your images from your server and not ours.Best regards,
MikeHi. Seems like a tedious task. Isn’t importing demos a lot easier? I increased the max upload size to 256M from wp-config, as suggested by Kriesi, still could not import the demo. You can check through my namecheap.
