We just started seeing this error today when editing a page using the advanced editor. Before today it was fine and we are not aware of any changes that would have caused this. I have created a temporary link for you to use in the private content below. Can you please assist?

Thanks for the token, it looks like it has expired though. Could you update it or post regular login details please? Also, did you try to load all elements under Enfold->Performance? Look for the Disabling of template builder elements option.

You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) or a personal email, just make sure to include the login details in private.
About your problem; did you try to load all element under the Disabling of template builder elements option in Enfold->Performance to see if that helps?

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I’m able to login now, but I can’t locate the source of the problem unfortunately. What happens if you disable all plugin in order to check for a conflict coming from any of them? We can try it out ourselves if you give us permission to do so.
