    Hi,

    After I add Java code from another website to code builder, my avia layout stop showing my web content. The content is there, I can see it from the front end. But at the back end, I can’t edit the page. Please refer to the attached photo.

    Hey arssynergy,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. What was the exact code that you added? If you need to remove it then you can activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, then remove the actual shortcode. You can also try to copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    The problem is I can’t edit the page anymore. Because the builder didn’t show any item on the page. As per shown on the first image above. Here’s the code on the private content. It’s actually a code for payment form. If you see the bottom of the website, you can see the payment form. Website link also in the private content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you enable debug mode then you can remove the script you added in the shortcodes, please try that out. You can also copy all the shortcodes to a new page so that we have something to experiment with. We don’t want to do that on a live page as you can imagine.
