Hello!
My woocommerce customer emails are not sending out things such as order processing and order complete.
The test emails send out just fine but the actually emails do not send. Is there a way for me to track and see if the email was even sent or if it was never triggered by chance.
If it helps at al, as the owner I am receiving the new order emails.

Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure if this is a theme related problem, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes like Twentytweny for example?

Hello, yes I have the same issue. You guys were just my last hope I have contacted WooCommerce support along with the makers of the plugin and neither one has replied. I reached out because you guys are always super amazing with your support. But I understand if you can’t help on this one.

Sorry for the delay. What is the actual name of the plugin that you’re using? We tried to access the dashboard but the login details above are invalid. Is the contact form working?
