Hello!
We have bought and use Enfold. Now we have a question for the support, but we are unable to log into the forum to ask the question.
When we type in the username and password and press enter, nothing happens, except that the username and password get deleted from the field. We have tried “Lost password”, but it says the username/email address does not exist. In wordpress under “Enfold Child Theme Options”, it says “We checked the token on 2020/03/02 19:09 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information” and shows the username and e-mail address, that we have used to log in.How are we able to log in again?
