    Hello,

    i added this plugin for improving the my account page, because i sell digital products:

    Open dialogs don´t work, the screen is dark and in the background. There is a disfunction. I found no option to handle this problem.

    Hey beziehungvorerziehung,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello Nikko,

    acutally i contacted the woocommerce support and they will check it. The woocomerce site and download function don´t work (e.g. PDF download comes with cryptic symbols in browser).

    After deactivating their plugin, everything works fine again.

    My question is, which plugin is compatible to update the account page, especially the table of woocommerce downloads.

    You may have experience.

    Hi Mayya,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    Actually there are lots of plugins out there and we can’t test each one of them so unfortunately, we can’t answer which one of those are without any issues but we have made sure that Enfold is fully compatible with woocommerce but haven’t tested with each of its extensions. For now, I can only say that you stick with the current one you have since it’s an official extension to woocommerce.
