    Hey!

    I have a site that was built with enfold, (it wasn’t build by me ) and now i bought a licence and support for it.
    So after updating the theme, My custom post type ‘Product’ isn’t working.

    If i switch to default theme – i can edit my product – otherwize nothing happening.
    (if i turn off all plugin stil i have a problem so it is not a plugin issue).

    Also in the pages the Avia builder is not loading just spinning.

    I give you access to the site, i hope you can help my solve it!

    Thanks for the details and sorry for the problem. The WordPress login details you posted are not working, could you check and verify please?

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, version 3.4.7. Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp. After updating the theme, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates in WordPress dashboard :)

    Hi Orit,

    Great, glad it is working fine now!

    I believe lightbox issue was related to cache as images on your website do not open in lightbox on my end. I tested the image in following link.

    Could you please check once again and confirm? :)

    Hi Yigit,

    I am in a pickle right now. I’m hosting with Bluehost. I don’t use or have any FTP experience, but my client’s website is stuck in 3.4.7 and won’t update when I click to update it. I’m looking for someone to just simply take care of this for me (I have 2 sites with this issue). Will pay for the fix if needed.

    Hi,

    @threemarketinginc     Since your sites are still using 3.4.7 you will need to update via FTP or your cPanel’s “file manager”

    This is because of a change that Envato made in removing the old API for the new “Token”
    The easiest and safest way to update is to download the newest version from Theme Forest and rename your current theme folder to “enfold-old” via ftp then upload the new “enfold” folder and check that your site is working correctly.
    Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” folder to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
    Once you are happy you can delete the “enfold-old” folder via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
    Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.
