    Hi – I’ve been working on my site http://www.movegoodforward.com for the last two days. Today, I disconnected from the network and now the avia layout builder won’t load – it just keeps spinning. The page shows correctly on the front end but I still have a bunch of edits.

    I deleted the entire install of wordpress and reinstalled, reinstalled the theme….and I’m still having the same issue.

    Hi jleland,

    https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRu6lDDD WordPress is telling you that you need to update php to php7+ and then switch to the Classic editor in the Theme options and see if the issue persists.

    I’ve update php to 7.26 and selected the classic editor however the avia builder still won’t load. I have to launch this site ASAP.

    Code shows up in the code editor but when I select avia it just spins, nothing ever loads.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem. I tried loading your home page and that works just fine on my end using Chrome. Could you try a different browser or a different network to see if that works better please?
