    Hey FeedXL2019,

    Thanks for the feedback. It’s not always easy to understand what customers are looking to get from our support, but in general they are looking to solve a problem which they can’t find a solution to themselves. That is why I gave you the answers I did.

    I gave you a solution for functionality which doesn’t exist in the theme by default, but is possible to achieve. I would say that 99%+ of our users are after answers/solutions like I gave you, but I’ll try to keep in mind that you are looking for direct answers in the future. We can’t do that with the vast majority of our users though, if we did then I think we would receive a lot of one star review on Themeforest :-)
