Dear Enfold Team,
after migrating a clients website from staging to live system the page seems to be broken.
over 111 errors in console – some jQuery related, some artefacts not found.Credentials in private content.
Thanks for your help!
ClaudiaFebruary 24, 2020 at 5:52 pm #1187437Hi CBRAMedia,
I think we can try to fix this one by one.
For now a lot of errors is coming from having a Mixed Content, and the fonts seems to be pointing at (link in private content) which is not https or not secure, can you try to fix that one first?Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 24, 2020 at 10:07 pm #1187505Hi Nikko,
thanks for your quick reply. I have tried to update the database table with the new font link but it seems to get overwritten by the theme. Do you have any idea how else I could try to fix it?
Thanks

Can you give us FTP access on the staging site? we’ll try to investigate further.
Best regards,

I have now deactivated all plugins, still the page is not running well.
Then I deleted and re-uploaded the enfold files, still not working unfortunately. Do you have any hint how else this could be fixed?I really appreaciate your quick help on that issue.

February 26, 2020 at 11:25 am #1188023I have now reuploaded my whole wp_admin and wp_includes and I am a step further – backend is at least kind of working. in frontend i am still facing missing jquery issues.
February 26, 2020 at 5:46 pm #1188126Hi CBRAMedia,
The error I see now is coming from the Juicer plugin and mixed content issue. Please check your ssl settings.
Best regards,

You’re using Enfold 4.4.1 and it is not build to work with WordPress5+. You need to deactivate Gutenberg by using a special plugin or by installing the latest version of Enfold.
