    Hi,
    I have a problem with the icons on the front page disappearing by ‘mouse over’ on iphone / mac in Safari browser.
    Works immediately fine on ex. chrome, edge and opera.
    Tested on several different iphones / mac

    is it a problem you are aware of – is there any. a fix.

    Hey Peter,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks, I experience the problem on several pages, so that may be the error is general.

    Hi 2funky,

    I have checked it in mac and safari browser and the 4 icons in the front and it seems to be working fine on my end, hovering over them gives that ripple effect.
    Can you try to clear your browser’s cache?
    As for problems in several pages, I could not find any errors in the web console, can you give a link and maybe provide a screenshot?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    It sounds strange,
    I have a PC, so I am not experiencing the problem. ?

    I have tested on several external mac / iphones that have never been my site, and here is the same problem.
    Also on other sites where it is set up in the same way ….Could you please check the page below as well …

    Note: it is only Safari browser where the icons disappear when the mouse has been over them once …

    Hi Pete,

    I have posted a screenshot in safari browser in mac (link in private content).
    I checked the link below and I don’t see any issue as well.
    I’ll ask my colleagues to take a look since I don’t see any issue on my end.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Pete!

    The icons work fine on the pages provided in private in Safari on iPhone 11. There is no mose-over on mobile, there is only a tap and so while tapped I am taken to the underlying link.

    Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

    Please remove screenshot!!!

    if you sliding your finger over the icon, you may see the problem on the iphone – but it’s also worst that it doesn’t work on a mac computer with safari …
    I did not even write a Mac computer to test, but I have seen the problem on several mac computers …

    Hey,

    Could you please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling

    .avia_transform .avia_start_delayed_animation.av_font_icon.avia-icon-animate {
    -webkit-transform: translate3d(0,0,0);
    }

    Please make sure to flush cache and refresh your page a few times. This solution worked for me on Safari :)

    Cheers!

    Hey Yigit,

    Thank you for taking the time to investigate this further.

    I can confirm that your css fix works.;)

    Can you pass it on to the development, so that it will be fixed in a future version.

    Thanks, You can close this one.
