    Hello,

    I think i have read most of the post concerning this problem and have tried all the solutions that had worked but it did not work for me.

    I have enabled everything in my APIs services but the problem still exists.

    Just solved it.

    I thought enabling the billing cloud billing api would work but it wont..

    you will need to enter your credit card details through this link https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable

    Thats what it meant when you need to enable billing.
