    Hi guys,

    After writing on another thread about my Layersliders not appearing in the backend, Ismael requested I start a new thread for this issue. As the normal fixes were not solving the issue.
    The codes are in the private content.

    Hi iainski,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I tried to access mysql with the credentials but it doesn’t work as well.
    Can you give us cpanel access or something that we could access the database? just change the password once it’s fixed.

    It is now fixed and the sliders are now showing.
