I just noticed that images used in a cell (as a background image) have no alt-tag.
I have doubled check in media library that the image has an alt-tagProvided link in private content

Background images don’t have alt tags ever, they are design elements, not regular images. https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp
