Envato private token not working

I’m getting this error (below) when I enter my envato private token. I’ve ticked all the right permissions, I’ve tried doing it in incognito mode, I’ve tried a different browser, I’ve tried deleting my token and registering again – nothing is working. Please advise.

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:

Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:

Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.
