Hi Kriesi Team
i have update enfold to 4.73 version on one of my site with woocommerce extension.
Since then, it is impossible :
1 – to add product to cart from product page ( it is only possible from add to cart in enfold product grid )
2 – to increase the product quantity in the cart ( when you update the cart the previous quantity remains )Please find in private content the login credential to the staging version
Thank you in advance for your help,
Kind regards
Stan
February 24, 2020 at 5:23 am #1187189Hey sdesign-web,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We are able to reproduce the issue in your installation, but we haven’t figured out what’s causing it. Deactivating the plugins and the performance options didn’t help. Did you add any custom modifications that we may not know of?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 24, 2020 at 10:32 am #1187249Hey Ismael,
No, excepting some classic quick css, there are absolutly no custom modifications.
I have tried before to update woocommerce with latest version before ugrading enfold from 4.57 to 4.73 and it was the same.
Then i just upgrade Enfold without anythingelse from the current production 4.57 version that works fine and the issue appear, some i’m sure it comes with the enfold 4.73 update.
Thank you in advance for your investigation and i hope you will find where is the problem.
Best Regards,
Stan
February 27, 2020 at 9:05 am #1188343Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The add to cart button is working properly when the WPML plugin is disabled. Did you create a backup or a restore point of the site? We would like to temporarily disable the theme and check if the issue happens when a default theme is activated.

you’re absolutely right, in all cases (even when I just make a simple copy of the functional site in production with wpstaging) adding quantity to the basket no longer works without deactivating wpml.
I give you back in private content administrator access to the copy of the production version.
thank you very much in advance for your help and your investigations.
kind regards,
Stan
March 23, 2020 at 5:11 am #1195346Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We just noticed that the site is using an older version of the theme, v4.5.7. Please try to upgrade it to the latest version, v4.7.3. The upgrade might help fix the issue with the product buttons.
If you can’t see the automatic update in the theme options, try to update the theme manually via FTP.

March 27, 2020 at 4:43 am #1198204Hi,
Is this your initial attempt to create a multilingual site with WooCommerce? We asked because when we tried to install WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, most of the products in the staging site were deleted.
Can you restore the site from a backup?
We should also set the WP installation to debug mode by adding this code in the wp-config.php file.
// Turn debugging on define('WP_DEBUG', true); // Tell WordPress to log everything to /wp-content/debug.log define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); // Turn off the display of error messages on your site define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); // For good measure, you can also add the follow code, which will hide errors from being displayed on-screen @ini_set('display_errors', 0);
We will also require access to the file server so that we can debug the issue further. Please post the FTP details in the private field.

IsmaelApril 6, 2020 at 10:23 am #1201173Hi Ismael,
i thank you for the time you spend in investigation.
Yes it is my only enfold site with woocommerce and wpml and both working fine together for 3 years until 4.73 version.
As at the moment the 4.57 production version is ok and i have seen in the upcoming fix topic that the next 4.74.1 release will fix the bug with quantity button( fixed: WC 4.0 bug grouped products and quantity button not working), maybe it is better for me to wait before going forward in investigation rather than risk breaking the production version.
What do you think ?, do you confirm that it is this bug that has been identified and will be resolved in the next update ? do you have an estimated date of release ?
Thank you again for your help,
best regards,
Stan
April 13, 2020 at 7:17 am #1203234Hi,
Sorry for the delay. We are not really sure if the latest version of the theme will actually help as it seems to be an issue between the plugins, or an issue with how they were initially implemented and how the products were translated. When we installed the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, all products were removed except for one product but we are not sure why.
How did you translate the products previously, or what were the steps that you’ve taken to translate a single product?
Best regards,
Ismael -
