Hi
I installed an Enfold Child Theme (maybe this has nothing to do with the problem, though). I make my changes in the Enfold Child Theme Options. I save those changes regularly and in-between including Quick CSS changes. Sometimes I get the response that the change could not be saved. I reload the page and then it’s ok again.
Sometimes many other changes are reset to default, including sidebar appearance, menu link setting, header settings, footer settings (number of columns) and some more. This is really strange as I cannot see a proper pattern to this behaviour.
Do you know about such problems?

How can we reproduce this problem on your site? We need access to the backend at least, please provide details in private. Also please point out an example of a value which can’t be set so that we can try it out on our end.

The problem is, that I don’t know how to reproduce the problem. It occurs randomly – suddenly many settings from Enfold Options are changed back to default (not all though). I was just wondering if you have had this phenomenon before and might know of a solution.
I did an export of the theme-settings just in case this happens again. I hope this works.

Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem. I haven’t heard of that happening before unfortunately, so I can’t really give a solution. We’ll keep this thread open though in case you should have further problems on the topic.

RikardHi! Today it happened again. I worked on the site, changing only the Quick-CSS, and now the settings for the header area, the width of the page, etc are reset. That’s very frustrating!

The loss of settings didn’t occur anymore. We can close this topic and – in case it does happen again – I can open a new topic.
