Hello,
somehow more Categories than I choose in the masonry displaying on the page. I have this page Resources and the Blogpost showing there have diffrent Categories, some of them one some more than one. In the masonry I choose four Categories Analyses, Case Studies, Guidebooks, Reports. But the Sorting on the page have 3 categories more. How it comes?
Glad if you can help, Thanks a lot

If those categories are empty, they are shown. Please have a look at the following thread:

VictoriaFebruary 17, 2020 at 7:02 pm #1185365Hi Victoria,
the problem is that categories are displayd which I did not choose in the masonry tool. By example Resources, I have as a Categorie and using it as a category but in the masonry tool I did not choose it to show up. On the page it is displaying in the sorting.
That’s what I don’t understand and what’s my problem.
Thank you
ClaudiaFebruary 17, 2020 at 9:44 pm #1185427Hi Claudia,
When you add the posts to those categories the categories will not show up in the masonry anymore.

VictoriaFebruary 18, 2020 at 1:09 pm #1185626hmm, the posts are added to the category resources and this category is showing up, which I don’t want. In the taxonomie I did not choose resources to be displayed. I not really understand I to solve this problem.
greetings Claudia
February 20, 2020 at 9:23 am #1186257Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The Resources sort button still displays because some of the items in the Masonry element belongs to that category. If you want to remove or hide it, you can use the following css code.
.resources_sort_button { display: none !important; }

This works great, I guess if I want to remove or hide another category I just use the same CSS code with the .xyz_sort_button
Another time I have to say I like enfold very much and your support is great.
