    Hi Charlotte :)

    You are currently using an older version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version.

    Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. Since you are using an older version than 4.5, you would need to manually update the theme to the latest version – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp. After updating the theme, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token to insert in theme options so you can receive future updates from WP dashboard.

    Hi,

    I just checked your website and icons are loading fine on my end. Please make sure to flush browser cache as well. You can alternatively try checking your website on a private page – https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203036

    Hey!

    It works fine on mobile as well on my end. My previous screenshot was from mobile Safari and now i attached a screenshot from mobile Chrome in private content field.

    Edit: I noticed you were talking about the icons in the header added using widget area. They are hidden with header on mobile. Please add following code to Quick CSS

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
    .responsive #header_main_alternate {
        display: block;
    }}

    Regards,
    Yigit
