    Hi,
    I have slides created inside layerslider (version 6.10 and Enfold Child 4.7.2). I inserted some animated text and images. in the preview everything is seen correctly, but if I open the page from any browser, the images are not seen.
    Everything worked before.

    Hi,

    You have quite a few console errors pointing at the layerslider. Can you try disabling all other active plugins to see if the issue resolves?

    Now all the plugins are disabled and I no longer see the background of the slides. Can you check?

    Hi,

    That means it may be a single plugin causing the issue. You would have to disable one at a time until the problem arises. This will single out the cause.

    I disabled all the plugins but the problem remains

    Hi,

    I can see all the background images on my end, did you try to load the page in an incognito/private window?

    Guys now you see everything correctly. then deactivating and reactivating the plugins has recovered. Thank you!
