Hi.
I use the Unite Plugin Version 1.7 | By Valiano.

This is a solid commercial plugin that I use for several sites. For the Enfold theme it is breaking the site’s ability to do basic things like preview a page and update a page. Doing either function redirects me to a blank white screen and to this url: https://blgenvironmental.com/wp-admin/post.php.
Note: When I activate this plugin I receive this error:The plugin generated 14 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
Note: I am deactivating this plugin but I REALLY want to use it as it is a terrific plugin.
Do you have any ideas why this is compatible with Avada but not with Enfold?
Please advise.

Thanks for the login details, but it seems like you are blocking some IP ranges?
The administrator has blocked your IP from accessing this website.
Could you lift that block until we have had a look at your site?
Also, did you reach out to the plugin developer for support? We want to be compatible with as many plugins as possible, but we can’t be compatible with every single plugin out there unfortunately.

Two questions.
1. Are you now able to access the site with Defender Plugin configured to allow for your country locations?
YES/NO?
2. The focus of this ticket is now if the plugin can activate. I deactivated it. It is if it is incompatible with your theme.
Note: as a test. I added the Unite Gallery is a new site build, added Enfold theme and it is causing compilations. The question is who is at fault, the plugin or the theme? In this case the Media library is compromised and I cannot complete basic procedures such as preview a page.

Please reply to the FIRST question. Can you access the website for BLG presently?
Hi,
We would like to check one of the galleries, but the plugin is not installed in the site anymore. Please install it again and create a test page so that we can check the issue.
FYI, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy for apparent reasons, but we will try to help as much as we can. Please contact the plugin author for additional assistance.
Have you tried using the Gallery or Slider elements from the advance layout builder?

I’ll install the gallery is a staging area. I cannot add it to the live site for extended periods as it is live.
That said can you PLEASE let me know about my prior inquiry:
1. Are you now able to access the site with Defender Plugin configured to allow for your country locations?

I need to know if you now have ACCESS to the site.
Note: I have other tickets related to this site and need to know if your support team has access in your respective countries.

Enfold Site 2 is listed in the private area. It’s under development so it is a good place to cross compare sites and software.

Thank you for the info.
We managed to access the site yesterday, so we enabled the plugin but the site went down after adding the shortcode in a test page. Today, the staging site is not loading properly on our end and the file server is inaccessible, so we can’t turn on the debug mode and figure out what went wrong with the plugin. Please check the login info.

The site is up:
The Unite Gallery plugin crashed the staging site. I relocated the Unite Plugin for Stone Crafters to a folder named plugins_old
Now that this plugin has been moved, the site is restored. I will contact the Unite Gallery team in regards to this and report back their findings with your team.
