On my news page, I have a blog grid layout – https://infinitycitizenship.com/news/
I would like to change the layout a bit so that all the blogs are not so even on the grid layout. I would like it for it to be a bit more uneven. Something like what you have on you Flexible Masonry gallery content element (but using blogs_Screenshot of it on another website – https://ibb.co/w7Sqpqv
Is that possible?

Thank you for the inquiry.
This may be possible, but you have to define the excerpt of the posts manually and make sure that the content length for each post is different. It seems to be what makes the grid shown in the screenshot to be uneven.

How do I remove the featured image on some posts only? I think in order to achieve that look , I will need to do that like that other site is doing
When I try to remove the feature image on a post, a default gray placeholder box shows up instead. How do I hide that when no featured image is uploaded?
Thanks

You will need custom code that will be placed based on the post ID, that hides the image per post.
Would this work for you?Best regards,

February 21, 2020 at 3:01 am #1186594Hi,
This may not work with the Blog Posts element because the items are wrapped inside a container, so the items in each row will stay aligned even if the featured images are hidden.
Have you tried using the Masonry element instead of the Blog Posts element? You can set the Size Settings to Flexible Masonry or Perfect Automatic Masonry so that the size of the items in the grid will depend on the dimension and aspect ratio of the featured images.
