    Hi,

    I use Enfold Go and have spam issues with the contact form together with repcatcha v2 thus i switched to Contact Form Form 7 with honeypots a few days ago but still getting spam through my old avia contact form although I deleted it from all sites. I guess the bots are still sending post requests to the backend which go through.

    Can you suggest me a way how to disable in a child theme the conact form ability or another solution?

    Hey fpluer,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Can you give us a screenshot of the spam mail? You can send an email without a form, but it requires access to the files so that you can invoke the mail or wp_mail function. Are you sure that there are no pages with a contact form in it?

    Thanks for the information. Based on this i made another thourough investiagting and found one more unprotected public facing avia form and added spam security. Ill monitor it closely the next days.
