I’m looking for an update in my WordPress dashboard, under Enfold Child Theme > Theme Update. I see the message: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.6.3.1).”
In this forum, and in my Envato Market/Themeforest account, I see that the latest Enfold version is in fact version 4.7.
Can someone tell me why my WordPress is telling me that my themes are “all up to date.”
Note: I have tried creating a new “Envato private token” and entering and validating it. This makes no difference.
Thanks!

Sorry for the problem. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end. I can’t see why you are not getting the updates though. Could you try installing this plugin to see if it makes any difference please? https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 15, 2020 at 11:10 pm #1184874OK, I downloaded the plugin. The result was rather odd. First, I redid my Envato tokens. It seems that the Envato plugin requires different permissions than the token in the Enfold update tab. Then the plugin told me that an update was available. Before running the update from the plugin, I tried again from the Enfold update tab. That failed, in the sense it told me once more that my plugin was up to date, though it wasn’t.
Then I ran the update from the Envato plugin. I received a message in the plugin that the update had failed, but–Lo!–a number appeared on the Enfold tab, and–Behold!–an update was available, and was successful.
Note that I ran this scenario twice: first on my staging site and then again on my live site.
As I said: rather odd behavior. Hope you guys can do something to fix before the next update!
But thanks for your help. Lance

Thanks for the update, that sounds a bit odd yeah, but I’m glad that the update came through at least. Maybe you can check if you get the same behaviour on the next update and report here if you should?
