Hello, on the site I manage (below the url) I created two identical pages. However, when I change the position of the columns, the arrangement of the elements goes crazy and the right column ends up at the bottom.
In link 1 the page with the column on the left, in link 2 the column on the right. In addition, I am attaching two screenshots showing how the page is always built in the same way.
How do you fix this? Thanks
Hey Grazman2020,
Thanks for the screenshots. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Sorry for the delay, I was abroad. Check the private area, please
Hi: sorry, can I have a help or a solution for this problem?
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay. The page doesn’t break if we removed the [MEC] shortcodes (see private field). Looks like the shortcode prematurely closes one of the containers causing the 1/3 column to get wrapped inside the 2/3 column. Please contact the plugin author for more info. They should be able to inform us how to manipulate the markup of the shortcode or plugin.
Best regards,
Ismael
Thanks Ismael,
very kind, thanks for the reply. I come to this question right after the manufacturer of the MEC plugin underlined me that the flaw lies in the theme of the site. So, I will certainly report your answer, but I find myself between two companies that refer the responsibility for the problem to each other.
What can I do?
Thanks
We have updated the plugin at the latest version (arrived today) and the problem seems fixed.
Thanks for your help ;-)
Hi Grazman2020,
