Hello,
got a big problem here. My customers cannot buy anything if i use the cookie banner from enfold.Even if i choose the option “All cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt-out.” the cookies are deleted after adding an item to the cart. so if i try to pay for the items, i just get an empty cart. i can see in the console, that the only the woocommerce cookies keep being deleted, if the banner is ignored.
The ga cookies are not deleted. what is the logic behind this?
Tried to deactivate filecompression, cleared all caches and so on. no workaround availabe.
You can reproduce that issue (link in private content)
Now we have to decide: Take the risk and shut the banner off, or loose money. Not good for enfold reputation.

Patched it for myself, since i have no time for waiting on 4.7.3
What I did:
with js i set
“aviaPrivacyEssentialCookiesEnabled=true; max-age=216000; path=/;”in php:
only remove if this cookie is not set.now i can wait for the update… even if its not the safest option.
Please enfold. we all know legal cookie handling is a difficult topic. if you provide a banner for that, please check how to do implement this legally correct and not do affect existent functionality.
People are frustrated with this gdpr thing, please dont make it worse with providing a half secure and unstable solution.Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold – and sorry for the problems.
The bug in “All cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt-out.” is fixed (seems that something went wrong with merging on github).
With the oncoming version there will be a new option “Essential cookies are accepted on first page load, user must opt in” that reflects the latest EU interpretation of GDPR.
Our implementation of “User must accept and …..” is very strict (to be on the save side): Until user does not click the accept button everything is blocked.
