Hi there,
I have a question about the integration of Mailchimp and the Mailchimp form.I have an essentials plan at Mailchimp. And connected this via API key in Enfold settings
If you want to subscribe to the mailing list on the homepage with your name and email address, you will get an error message “We are very sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again later.”
What do I have to do to make it work.Best wishes

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Please switch to the Classic editor in the theme options and disable the Mailchimp plugin and see in the issue persists.

… I did that, but the problem still persists! You cannot sign up for the newsletter on the site.
I had tested it with the „MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress“ plugin so it worked. I would prefer to work with the newsletter integrated in Enfold!
