    I am trying to use the Custom Font Manager to install custom fonts that I downloaded in a zip file from google.

    The issue is I keep getting a message that says:

    I can’t add font because the server didn’t respond.

    I installed Archive_Zip, but still did not work. please advise.

    I also tried for a custom icon from fontello and got the same result.

    We apologize for the delayed response. Please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension on your site, you may need to ask the help of your hosting provider in enabling it.
