    Hi there!
    I’m having problems with your sidebar settings. I’ve read some of your support comments in the forum and followed the instructions provided there. However, my sidebar settings have no effect. They appear somewhere in the lower part of the page and I just can’t figure out how to change that. Neiter in the Enfold theme settings nor in the individual page settings make a different. Can you help? Thanks for your support.

    Hey Heidi66,

    I am getting a 404 on the link you shared. Please check the link.

    Sidebars show up at the bottom if you have the full-width elements on the page. Are you trying to add sidebars on the pages with color sections?

    Which page is the issue happening on? What is the desired position for the sidebar?

    Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

    Auf welcher Seite passiert das Problem? Was ist die gewünschte Position für die Seitenleiste?

    Könnten Sie bitte ein Modell dessen beifügen, was Sie erreichen möchten?

    Hi Heidi66,

    I am not seeing any mockups attached.

    You can upload screenshots to a service like Dropbox or http://imgur.com and give us the links here.

    You are using color sections, they are full-width elements and they cannot be used with sidebars. You can add the widget area in the color section and add the widget there.

    Hi Heidi,

    Here are some videos for you.

    You need to add the 1/3 cell in the color section, then add the widget area there and assign a widget.
