Hello there,
I’m curious if there is any way to make the tab sections appear to the left or right of the content instead of above or below it.

Not using the Tab Section unfortunately, but you can using the regular Tabs element: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/tabs/#tab-id-6
