Color section video background scroll, fixed, parallax?

Hi there,

when building a color section with a background image I can define its behavior as fixed, scroll or parallax. So far, so good and so known. To my surprise I found out that when adding a background video these settings do not affect the color section anymore. It just scrolls with the video. Was it always like this? I would assume that background image and video would act consistently, same settings, same behavior. That makes sense to me.

Is there a way how I can set the color section with a background video (it also contains a background image for mobile devices) to fixed or parallax as well? And is this a bug or intended behavior?
