Sometimes it starts working when the official Envato plugin is installed, I’m not sure exactly why that is unfortunately.

RikardJanuary 26, 2020 at 8:37 pm #1178519No that didn’t help. I get this error: “Beim Aktualisieren von Enfold ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Aktualisierungs-Paket nicht verfügbar.”
This is really a problem. I’m about to transfer the website to my client. How am I supposed to explain this?
:-(January 27, 2020 at 10:41 pm #1178816I’m still waiting for a solution!
Do you have any insights?
What I haven’t tried yet is updating via FTP. But I was hoping that it would work the usual way.
thanks,
angie.January 28, 2020 at 4:11 pm #1179060Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It probably doesn’t work because PHP version in your server is still 7.1, which is known to have issues in general. Please try to upgrade it to 7.3 or later versions. If it’s still not working, you may have to proceed and use FTP.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 30, 2020 at 11:48 am #1179778Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I will now use FTP.
I want to say, that I hope that this will be repaired in the future.Angie.
January 31, 2020 at 10:06 am #1180195Hi,
We don’t usually encounter this issue, but if we do, it is usually server-related. For most users, the automatic update works fine, so it’s just a matter of finding the correct configuration in your host or server. Unfortunately, we are not that familiar with it, so we can’t help you effectively.
Thank you for your patience.
