    Hello,

    I am using the footer page on one of my client sites.

    However, when checking google search console it is returning:

    Failed: Not found (404)

    This page is listed in the sitemap.xml

    Should I not be listing this page in the sitemap.

    Hey John,

    It shouldn’t be listed no, since it’s only the footer. A page with only a footer wouldn’t make much sense to a user finding it in search results.
