    Hello I’m very sorry I’m not sure at this point if it is a problem solely of woocommerce or combination with enfold… All guest carts are empty after you click show cart or checkout… Please could you navigate me?? Its urgent…

    I have an update, after testing all plugins enabling and disabling them I have found that the problem is caused by the eu cookie constant message. When it is enabled the cart gets empty after you click on the show cart or checkout button. Please could you help me??

    Hi,

    That is actually expected behaviour if you chose “User must accept and must opt in, only essential cookies selected”. Until cookies are accepted, no cookies are stored, including WooCommerce cookies for cart.

    That being said, some users said that “essential cookies can be stored without user consent” so we added a new option “Accept essential cookies on pageload, user must opt in for other cookies” which will be available in upcoming version :)
