Change of the E-Mail Subject in a subcription Form

Hello,

i have created a new page with a subcription Form (Enfold Contact Form). It is possible to define a subject. This subject will be used for the mail, we get. But in the autoresponder-Mail, the User gets, the subject is “Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht”. How can we change the subject for User-Mail, but only for this mail, not generally, because there are other contact forms on the same page.
