If I am using Enfold Child, do I still need to update Enfold theme when available?
Also, how can I set Enfold theme to autoupdate itself? From my wp admin, it says that autoupdating the theme is not supported.

Yes, you would need to update parent theme. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)
