Hello,
I would like to Make the header disappear when we scroll down and appear only when we scroll up.
Can you please help me with this issue.
Thanks a lot,
Alexandra

You have the opposite behavior enabled, can you please disable it and we can try to do the way you need it.

It’s done…
Waiting for your help:)))

Well, without header transparency the classes I needed are not available. The solution will need adding JavaScript which is out of the scope of the support, unfortunately.

VictoriaJanuary 15, 2020 at 4:56 pm #1174600Hi Victoria,
I choose the option to make the header transparent.
Can you please have a look again.
It is certainly possible since we can do the opposite!
Thank you very much for your help.
January 15, 2020 at 5:08 pm #1174609Hey!
Have you tried going to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Behaviour and disable “Sticky Header”? :)
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 15, 2020 at 8:44 pm #1174663Hello Yigit,
I tried but It doesn’t work.
Do you have another solution?
Thanks a lot!January 19, 2020 at 6:06 pm #1176027Hi alexoua,
Unfortunately, this kind of customization is not covered by the scope of the support here. It will require some custom coding.
You might want to hire a freelancer to do it for you or look for a plugin with such functionality.
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 19, 2020 at 6:20 pm #1176035Hello Victoria,
Can you please ask this to Yigit.
There are other similar requests on the support.
I tried the code they propose but It doesn’t perfectly work. I am sure there is solution. On the theme we can choose the option to make the header disappear when we scroll up. I just want the opposite!
Thanks a lot, it is really important:)January 19, 2020 at 10:12 pm #1176132Hi,
I have seen another advanced thread on this topic that was reported as working. I have not tried it but @Guenni007 typically posts very good code, perhaps give this a try.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 20, 2020 at 8:07 am #1176217thanks mike – i placed the script – i prefere now that one: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/only-have-header-show-when-user-scrolls-up/#post-1136162
again on the testpage: https://webers-testseite.de/guenni/
just that you can see that it works. Maybe there are some inconsistancies – because there are additional testings on the site (see hamburger behavior with main) etc. pp.January 20, 2020 at 1:14 pm #1176281Hi,
