Layerslider Disappears Randomly

Twice now layerslider has failed to appear properly. The slide is grey and only one layer appears. The only way I have found to fix it is by deleting the avanced layerslider element and re-adding it to the page. It fixes the issue immediately.

I’m nearly certain it has something to do with server configuration, but the website belongs to a client (the use AWS) and they have tight protocols for access.
I can provide a screenshot to view the error, but that’s about all I can do until the element glitches again.
