    Hi

    I have updated to the latest version of Enfold and the “Portfolio Sort options” will not display on the page anymore. It appears that the information is in the raw HTML code but it doesn’t display. Do you know whey this would be?

    Actually, I’ve managed to get it to appear by removing some CSS in my child theme but the sort function doesn’t seem to work anymore

    Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Hi Yigit

    I tried that and it’s the same with all plug-ins turned off.

    I have a copy of the site on a development server and tried it on there. Everything was OK until I updated to WordPress version 5.3.2 and that is when it stops working.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Can we have access to the site? We would like to check the page and the settings. Please make sure that the Appearance > Editor panel is accessible so that we can edit the files if necessary, and that the theme is updated to the latest version, 4.6.3.

    Login details below. Also what seems to have started to happen is when you first login it says ” You don’t have permmision to view this page” but if you then remove the string and just use the web address you can access the admin OK

    Hi Colin,

    I could not reproduce the issue on my local installation however i noticed portfolio.php file in your child theme. Could you please replace the file with a fresh copy and then apply your modifications once again?
    I believe issue is related to outdated portfolio.php file in your child theme :)

    You were correct. I removed the portfolio.php file from the child theme and everything is now working OK.
