    Hello Kriesi team. Thanks for the good forum and all the best for 2020. One question: I want to use woocommerce / germanmarket /. I also installed everything. But now I have a problem with the standard shop page. It doesn’t work. I have already reset the pages “shop” of woocommerce. No improvement. What is wrong?

    Hello Victoria,

    I think I was wrong. I am only interested in the “shop” page. This is a page that is automatically installed automatically by woocommerce.
    For comparison see here (test environment):
    https://shop.momentumfotografie.de/shop/
    But on my page where I want to build the actual shop, this page doesn’t work.
    I have built my own page (overview page) on which I want to show my products in an overview.

    I’m not sure what this “shop” page is for.
    This page may be important because there are links from other shop subpages to the page.

    The shop page is this assigned from the Settings Page of the WooCommerce.

    yes i do this but than this will not work here (403 Forbidden)

    I create a blank new page than and import demo-files here this work “normaly”
    and here this work
    https://shop.momentumfotografie.de/shop/

    I also made sure that the “Shop” page was selected correctly in the WooCommerce settings. I also tried woocommerce to create all standard pages again. (Status -> Tools -> Create standard WooCommerce pages)

    We didn’t find anything unusual in the dashboard or in the installation as a whole. Did you modify the .htaccess file previously? Please post the content of the file on pastebin.com. We would like to check it. Also, try to resave the Settings > Permalink options.

    Hi,

    Thank you for info.

    The .htaccess file looks fine. Can we access the file server? Please post the FTP details in the private field. We’ll try to browse the installation.

    Have you tried to temporarily deactivate the plugins? Did you happen to create a folder called shop inside the root directory of your installation?

    This wars the rigth Tip. I found a old directory “shop” :-)
    Now everythink is clear and fine.
