Mobile version not working

Hi!
I am working on a landing page. using screen options from advanced layout builder to show and hide layout elements for different devices.
I finished my page on desktop version, and also on mobile version.
I was working on my desktop browser (Chrome) and everything was fine.
In fact, when I display full page browser I can see correctly desktop version
and when I resize browser window everything is perfect for mobile.

Till then everything is ok

But, when I go to my mobile phone, a different version appears!
Totally different from what I have designed,

I have deactivated all plugins and nothings happens.
